'Clocked In Users' screen now has the following additions/changes:

Distribution Groups system updated:
- Jobs now have 'Teams' of users.
- Teams can be changed by anyone with access to Distribution groups
- JMS will automatically adjust the teams for jobs when timesheet entries are made (hence, you're on the team if you make a direct/indirect entry). An indirect entry is an automatic timesheet created by JMS when you do a TQ.
- These teams are are used for setting up the distribution policies. Currently we have 'Design Drawings' & 'TQs'. This can be expanded apon.
